A full range of doors for every property
Choosing a new door is partly about practical performance (security, thermal, durability) and partly about how the door looks once it’s fitted on the property. Our range covers composite, uPVC, hybrid, internal and wooden constructions, each suited to different priorities. We supply and fit across an 80 km radius of Rushden, with supply-only delivery available UK-wide.
Every door is made to measure for the opening, fitted by our FENSA-registered team, and backed by a 10-year guarantee covering the door, frame, glass and hardware. The same build standards apply across all five ranges.
The five door ranges we install
Composite doors
The default choice for front doors and main entrance installations across the UK. Composite construction combines a 44 mm GRP core, steel-reinforced frame and multi-point Winkhaus or Yale locking, giving you the look of timber with the maintenance profile of modern materials. U-values from 0.86 W/m²K sit at the top of the thermal range, and Ultion 3-Star cylinders push security to the highest anti-snap rating available.

uPVC doors
The most affordable external door range and a popular choice for back doors, French doors and patio doors where budget matters more than headline aesthetics. VEKA 67 mm profiles deliver good thermal performance and weather resistance, with multi-point hook locking and a 6-week lead time. The aesthetic is cleaner and more modern than older uPVC installations, with realistic wood-grain foils available where you want a timber appearance.
Hybrid doors
The contemporary choice for new builds and modern renovations. Hybrid construction combines steel and aluminium with triple or quadruple glazing options and ROTO 10-point locking. The thermal performance is the strongest in the range at 0.84 W/m²K, and the design vocabulary suits properties where slim sightlines and minimal panel detail matter. Dual-colour and wood-effect interior options give flexibility on style.
Internal doors
The interior side of the range covers four construction options (engineered timber, MDF core, hollow core and solid core) across over 30 veneered finishes and five style collections (panelled, shaker, cottage, flush and glazed). Made-to-measure sizing includes Part M extra-wide widths for accessibility, and supply-only UK-wide delivery is available alongside fitted installations in the local area.
Wooden doors
For period properties, conservation areas and heritage installations where real timber is the right call. Solid oak doors and oak-veneered engineered timber, with the full RAL colour palette plus natural stains and oils. Higher maintenance than composite or uPVC but unmatched on character and longevity, often outlasting the building itself when properly cared for.

Most homeowners come to us with a clear sense of what they want even if they haven’t picked a specific range. Here’s how the conversation usually goes during the survey.
If security and thermal performance are the priorities, composite is the default answer. The combination of Ultion cylinders, multi-point locking and 0.86 W/m²K U-values is hard to beat at the price point.
uPVC handles most external door situations well when budget is the main constraint. Front and back doors in modern wood-grain finishes look significantly better than older uPVC installations, with acceptable thermal and security spec at the lower end of the price range.
Hybrid doors suit modern new builds and contemporary renovations. The 0.84 W/m²K thermal performance is the best in the range, and slim sightlines with minimal panel detail read as deliberate design choices rather than budget compromises.
For period properties, conservation areas and listed buildings, wooden doors are usually the right call. The material reads as authentic in ways that composite or uPVC can’t match, even when the latter use timber-effect foils.
Internal doors sit alongside whichever external range you choose. Veneered finishes can match composite or wooden front doors for a consistent look, while contemporary shaker or flush designs work alongside hybrid front doors.
The build quality and process stay consistent across every range.
Made to measure means we don’t fit standard-size doors into oversized openings or pad gaps with silicone. Every door is built to the exact dimensions of the opening, with frame, threshold and glazing specified for the property.
Security comes with multi-point locking as standard with 3-Star cylinders on external doors. PAS 24 plus Secured by Design certification is available on most ranges. FENSA registration covers the installation work itself, which means it’s certified for building regulations without local council involvement.
Energy efficiency is built in through modern glazing and warm-edge spacer bars that reduce condensation around the frame edges. Most ranges achieve A-rated thermal performance with double glazing, and triple glazing pushes further on hybrid and patio installations.
Composite is the most-requested range overall, particularly for front doors. The combination of timber appearance, low maintenance, strong security and good thermal performance suits most UK property types. uPVC is the second most popular, mainly for back doors and budget-led installations. Hybrid demand is growing fastest, mostly driven by new build properties.
Yes. We supply doors across every range UK-wide for trade installers, self-build projects and DIY customers. The spec is identical to our installed doors, with the same locking, glazing and finish options available.
We can usually arrange a survey within a few working days of initial enquiry. After the survey we send a fixed itemised quote, typically within 48 hours, so you can see exactly what each component costs before committing.
Yes. All our external doors meet current UK building regulations for security, including PAS 24 with hook locking and 3-Star cylinders, and thermal efficiency, with U-values below the regulatory threshold. Secured by Design certification is available on most ranges. FENSA-registered installation means the work is certified without needing separate building control approval.
Yes. Our Rushden showroom has full-size doors across all five ranges set up so you can compare construction, weight, hardware and glazing in person. Showroom visits are by appointment but flexible, and there's no obligation to commit after viewing.
All Homeefe doors come with a 10-year guarantee on the door, frame, glass and hardware. The guarantee covers construction defects, finish issues and hardware failures, with call-outs and replacement parts included as part of our aftercare service.
Composite, hybrid and wooden doors all hit PAS 24 standards with multi-point locking and 3-Star anti-snap cylinders when properly specified. Hybrid edges ahead on raw thermal performance, composite ties on security with Ultion 3-Star options, and wooden doors match both when fitted with modern locking hardware. For pure security, the headline material matters less than the lock and frame spec.

We fit doors across an 80 km radius of Rushden, including Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Peterborough, Corby, Daventry, Higham Ferrers, Irthlingborough, Raunds, Towcester, St Neots, Rugby, Luton, Leicester and Hemel Hempstead.
Supply-only delivery is available UK-wide across every range. This works for trade installers, self-build projects and homeowners outside the local fitting area who have their own installer arranged.
Lead times across the door ranges
Lead times vary by material because manufacturing complexity differs. uPVC is the fastest at around 5 to 6 weeks once the order is confirmed. Composite doors run 5 to 8 weeks. Hybrid doors typically take 8 weeks. Wooden doors take 8 to 10 weeks because of the finishing process, and internal doors can take up to 10 weeks for bespoke veneered configurations.
Installation itself is usually a one-day job for most external doors, with the same crew handling removal of the existing door, fitting the new frame and door, sealing it and disposal of waste in one visit.
