Mosquito net is usually made of a very fine mesh of various materials, which applied to the doors and windows is designed to prevent mosquitoes and other insects from entering the interior. The meshes of the net used for this purpose have such dimensions as to let air through, but not insects that are rejected by being outside. They are especially used in areas where mosquitoes are bothersome due to favourable climatic conditions (heat and high percentage humidity), but they are also used to protect the house from external factors such as dust, flies and small insects.
